Planning to import from China but don’t know how to start? Want to get competitive prices but don’t know which factory is reliable? Don’t worry; our free plan can help you.
First, you need to submit an inquiry and tell us what products you want or how we can help you. Then we will assign you an agent and provide you with the following services free of charge.
Product sourcing, Cost evaluation ( Free ): We will help you find the suitable supplier in China based on your product requirements and provide you with the most competitive price. We can also help you evaluate the total cost of mass production, shipping and duties in your country/region.
Product samples, Customized ( Free ): We help you to collect product samples from different suppliers ( possibly yours ), check the quality and ship them in one box; thus, you can save a lot of shipping costs. We can also customize the products according to your requirements, making them look the same as your bulk orders.
Consultation on import/export and compliance (Free): We provide free consultation on import/export, compliance, certification and other related information.
Pro Plan (90% of clients choose this)
After the Free plan, you probably get a competitive price from our suppliers. Then you can enjoy our Pro Plan, where we handle everything from manufacturing to delivery. You can choose to purchase from our suppliers or yours.
You can enjoy all of the following services by paying a service fee of 3-10% based on the product value of each order.
Orders of more than $100k: 3%
$35k–$100k: 3.5%
$30k–$35k: 4%
$25k–$30k: 4.5%
$20k–$25k: 5%
$15k–$20k: 6%
$10k–$15k: 6.5%
$7k–$10k: 7%
$5k–$7k: 8%

Factory/Market Guide: Hire our trusted Guangzhou / Foshan wholesale market guide and shopping guide service. We offer a variety of wholesale market guide services in Guangzhou / Foshan.
Production Follow-Up: Selecting a supplier for your product takes a few hours, but following up on production usually takes 20-60 days. We always help you coordinate with the factory to make sure the product meets your requirements. This is the core value of Pro Plan because we can help you save a lot of time.
Customized products, Customized packaging: We can help you customize products according to your requirements, making them exactly the same as your bulk orders. For those who want to make their own branded products, we will assist you in creating all kinds of packaging.
Quality Inspection: This inspection service is free of charge for those who use our Pro or Basic Plan. We will visit the factory and make a professional quality inspection of each product. If defects are found, we will negotiate with the supplier to fix the problem on your behalf.
By charging the service fee, we can do unlimited inspections until the defect issue is resolved. In comparison, if you hire your own 3rd party inspection company, they typically charge $200-$300/person/day, and they can only report the problem without helping you solve it. They will usually inspect a minimum number of products per lot unless you hire more inspectors. Due to the fact that they are not in a specific industry, they can only do unprofessional inspections.
Free warehouse: Our warehouse in China is free to use for two months. You can take the time to send us more products, and we will help you to collect all products and consolidate them into one shipment. From the 3rd month, we will charge $10/CBM/month for warehousing.
Arrange shipping: We help you to ship your products from China to your address in any country/region and handle all import/export processes. You can always get a competitive shipping quote from us, no matter it is express service, sea freight or air freight.
Loading Supervision: We will visit the factory to supervise the loading of containers, to make sure that the loading quantity is correct and the stacking method is safe and proper.
Optional Plan (If you have your suppliers but need QC and shipping)
If you have a product supplier but need someone in China to help you check the quality and arrange shipping to your country/region, our Optional plan is perfect for you. By paying a service fee (minimum charge of $100), you can enjoy all of the following services.
Quality Inspection: This inspection service is free of charge for those who use our Pro or Optional Plan. We will visit the factory and make a professional quality inspection of each product. If defects are found, we will negotiate with the supplier to fix the problem on your behalf.
Arrange shipping: We help you to ship your products from China to your address in any country/region and handle all import/export processes. You can always get a competitive shipping quote from us, no matter it is express service, sea freight or air freight.
Loading Supervision: We will visit the factory to supervise the loading of containers, to make sure that the loading quantity is correct and the stacking method is safe and proper.
